Our 2025 sustainability progress report
"I'm proud to share our 2025 Sustainability Progress Report. We're committed to delivering success at Red Sift, and that motivation extends to the planet.
Sustainability isn’t a side project; it’s good business hygiene. If you lead a growing company and haven’t started, now’s the time".

"In Southeast Asia, the Coral Triangle is one of the most biodiverse and magical ocean ecosystems in the world. The communities I work with organize beach cleanups to prevent plastic from littering the beaches where multiple species of turtles have laid their eggs for millennia.
These turtles help control jellyfish populations, ensuring that the reefs and fish upon which the communities depend are not overwhelmed. During nesting season, specially trained wardens carefully relocate eggs to safe artificial hatcheries, protecting the hatchlings from predation and poaching".

Each year the Red Sift team gives back through different opportunities across our global locations. In London we joined forces to down the cybersecurity tools for one day, instead taking up farming. Volunteering at Hackney City Farm gave our team hands on experience in animal care, farmland management, recycling and lessons on sustainable living.
Over in Ireland, our teams worked with a local Irish charity to help deliver food to the elderly population during the winter.

"I choose to contribute back by offering ideas and funding for education to communities whose way of life is intrinsically tied to these ecosystems. While it’s an ecological effort, the consequences of inaction are most acutely felt by people who have always relied on these environments and now stand on the frontline of change.
I am fortunate to be able to financially support community education initiatives delivered by local universities and organizations like the WWF. These programs educate locals groups on how their activities impact the environment and how they can become part of the solution".
