Before your logo can appear in the inbox, your domain must meet BIMI’s authentication requirements. Red Sift OnDMARC manages the technical details to streamline the process.
GlobalSign handles the whole certificate process, including the checks needed to confirm your organization and logo are eligible.
Once your domain and certificate are ready, your BIMI record can be published so supported inboxes can start displaying your verified logo.
Red Sift OnDMARC continues monitoring your email authentication setup, helping you prevent spoofing, impersonation, and other threats that could put your brand reputation at risk.
“Following the launch of our new VMC offering last year, we identified further opportunities to expand our products and services by adding DMARC tools to our suite of offerings. The partnership with Red Sift brings this to fruition.
The combination of a GlobalSign VMC or a CMC with Red Sift’s OnDMARC offering provides businesses with a powerful tool that enables secure outbound protection while activating BIMI.”

FAQs
GlobalSign and Red Sift have partnered to help organizations secure their inbox with a clear path to DMARC enforcement and Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI) to get a verified logo in the inbox. Red Sift OnDMARC unlocks BIMI and is the required first step to obtaining a Mark Certificate through GlobalSign.
Customers can request OnDMARC through GlobalSign’s webpage as part of their joint partnership, so DMARC enforcement and Mark Certificates are managed as one journey. OnDMARC gets your domains to enforcement, GlobalSign validates and issues your certificate, and you publish your BIMI record to go live.
No. BIMI requires DMARC enforcement, meaning p=quarantine or p=reject.
A Mark Certificate only works once your domain reaches DMARC enforcement, meaning a policy of p=quarantine or p=reject. Getting there requires authenticating every legitimate sending source with SPF and DKIM first, which is where most projects stall. Red Sift OnDMARC automates that work. It discovers your sending sources, manages SPF and DKIM, and gets you to enforcement in weeks rather than months.
Before your logo can appear in supported inboxes, your domain needs to meet BIMI’s email authentication requirements. Red Sift OnDMARC helps you get your domain ready by guiding you to DMARC enforcement and keeping your email authentication setup aligned over time.
You can learn more about Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI) in our BIMI guide.
If your logo isn't trademarked, you can get a Common Mark Certificate (CMC) instead of a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC). A CMC displays your logo in supporting inboxes, including Gmail, which has accepted CMCs since September 2024, without a registered trademark. You'll just need to show at least 12 months of prior logo use. GlobalSign issues both Mark Certificates, so you can start with a CMC now and move to a VMC later.
Yes. Red Sift OnDMARC and GlobalSign Mark Certificates are available to global customers. The one limit is VMC eligibility, which is dependent on holding a trademark registered in a jurisdiction GlobalSign supports.
