How is OnINBOX priced?
OnINBOX is priced on a per-user-per-month basis billed annually and with a minimum of 50 users. For smaller organizations, we offer the OnINBOX Starter pack which comes at a flat annual rate and supports up to 50 users.
Can I add or delete users during my term, and how does this affect pricing?
You can invite or delete users at any time via your OnINBOX Manager account. Covering your whole organization is the best way to keep everyone safe from dangerous phishing attacks.
Users are counted at the end of every month and any change is reflected in the following month’s invoice, prorated for the remaining months of the contract term.
How does OnINBOX connect to my email?
OnINBOX sits alongside your current mail flow like a sidecar. It connects to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts via API.
When a new email arrives, OnINBOX receives a notification, scans the email, and adds the ‘ACT’ indicators to the top of the email. In the unlikely case that OnINBOX encounters a problem, you will continue to receive emails without delay or interruption.
How long does deployment take?
Deployment takes about 30 minutes and can be done over a call with one of our Customer Success Engineers or by using one of our easy to follow step-by-step guides.
